It is a fact that most Turbo failures are caused by problems outside the Turbo which affect the Turbo, such as the diesel particle filter (DPF), catalytic converter or a tyre.
If your Turbo gets damaged, it is important to find out why it was damaged before just fitting a replacement Turbo.

What to do
Drive it or tow it into us to investigate. You can organise a cheap rental car with us. We will investigate the failure and give a quote to get the Turbo repaired or replaced. Plus, if any other parts are needed (before the Turbo unit or after the Turbo position in the overall emissions line), we’ll price those up too.
We also recommend a fuel clean out of the emissions system and an oil and filter change to the engine.
